Boyda proposes Tax Relief for Armed Combat Families Act

As reported by the Kansas City Star's Prime Buzz Blog, Congresswoman Nancy Boyda announced today a bill that would cut taxes for 150,000+ military families nationwide.

"Thousands of Kansas soldiers currently serve in the face of danger and under the burden of combat,” she said in a statement. “The last thing they need is to worry about paying higher taxes next year. Congress should pass immediate, permanent tax relief for military families."
